Bold Burger

In one of the old and secluded Ilica courtyards, a new place for burger lovers sprung up. Smash burgers, the delicious version of hamburgers originated in Kentucky, with an ever-growing popularity in the world as well as in Croatia, got a new 'embassy' right there, which, as they say, has big plans in a daring 'attack' on the fast-food scene; hence its name - Bold. The experienced team standing behind some proven successful burger projects in the city decided to add this logical extension to their popular bar in one of the courtyards of the city centre, where you can eat something comforting and satisfying before (or after...) a few drinks. And we all know that for this purpose, there is nothing better than a good burger.

Wonderful smells of fries made from potatoes from local suppliers and grilled smash burgers from the best Croatian beef come from this small take-out place, with an impressive wooden facade boasting a contemporary logo design.

Ordering is quick and easy thanks to the large touch screen; while you wait, you get one of those handy little pagers that flash and vibrate when your order is ready.

You can choose between a burger with bacon, a classic cheeseburger, a Spicy burger with a paste of several types of fermented peppers, or a Kaj burger with kaymak and onions. They also have a veggie lentil burger with tahini, incredibly crispy fries, and a great sandwich with fried mortadella. And we heard that at Bold, they have some news coming up...
