I have been in the restaurant business and kitchen work for over 35 years. So long that the restaurant became much more than a workplace; it became my second home, and perhaps even a fourth child. My entire life has passed by the stove, among pots, aromas, spices and people who recognized the love I put into every dish.
This blog is born from that same love. I will write it with great pleasure, dedicating each post to a seasonal, local ingredient or a dish that has deep roots in our Zagreb and Croatian tradition.
