This popular place with a modern interior which adds to its metropolitan flair is based on the self-service concept: you place your order at the sales counter, pay for it and take it to your table (the only dishes brought to you by a waiter are the ones from the brunch menu); once you finish your meal, you place your tray in the designated place. The simple interior is dominated by a display case with bakery and pastry products – cakes, croissants and sandwiches, and a community table for about 10 people. Balance Brunch also has a spacious fenced terrace, which is a true gem in nice weather.

Their offer comprises specialty coffee, a large selection of teas and infusions, kombucha teas, matcha lattes, homemade juices, but also a selection of alcoholic cocktails and wines such as gin and tonic, mimosa, and sparkling wine. Here you can also buy bread to take home, as well as enjoy various desserts, gourmet sandwiches and pizzas. The most tempting part of the offer is certainly the brunch menu, which includes all the classics such as French toast, avocado bruschetta, eggs Benedict, granola, omelette, hummus, salmon with eggs. At Balance Brunch they are proud of the fact that they prepare everything with homemade ingredients and sourdough bread.
