Melt is a gelato and brunch bar with an agenda and one of the few places in Zagreb that support loud and clear political issues such as pride, women's rights, sustainability and a healthy workplace, all the while ensuring a safe environment for all their guests and workers, regardless of race, sexual orientation or religion. But above all, Melt is a fun bistro that offers fantastic home-made artisanal ice cream, awesome brunch dishes, delicious Cogito artisanal coffee, creative cocktails and biodynamic wines — all in the very centre of Zagreb, literally a few steps from the city's main square.

With a terrace on Zagreb's iconic Radićeva street that can accommodate about 10 people and a pleasant modern interior that can accommodate about 20 more people, Melt was born from the need to offer an imaginative gluten-free brunch and the best gelato. It uses natural ingredients to prepare its dishes without additives and artificial flavours. Here you can have different kinds of bowls for breakfast — oat, acai, smoothie or granola, or you can enjoy rich toasts with avocado, pesto, peanut butter, tofu, chicken bagel sandwiches... They also offer smoothies, a list of cocktails, but also natural wines. The coffee is, of course, artisanal, from Zagreb's Cogito.
