A Night to Remember: JRE-Croatia Celebrated Zagreb Through Art, Music, and Flavour
Art on the walls, music in the air, and Zagreb on the plate – Talent & Passion turned MSU into the city’s epicentre of hedonism.
On Saturday evening, Zagreb’s Museum of Contemporary Art became a stage for culinary artistry. Organized by JRE-Croatia, the exclusive dinner Talent & Passion was held under the theme “New Tendencies of Old Zagreb Cuisine.” Sixteen chefs reinterpreted classics of traditional Zagreb cuisine, while sixty guests enjoyed a five-hour journey blending art, flavour, and music into an unforgettable experience.
From Špek Fileki and Krpice sa zeljem to Zagreb schnitzel and cream cake, the night celebrated the city’s culinary soul through taste, aroma, and memory. With wines from Kozlović, Ipša, Korta Katarina, Coronica, Pol Roger Champagne, and cocktails crafted by Old Pilots and Maraska, the MSU transformed into an epicentre of refined indulgence and creativity.
Adding a touch of nostalgia, the band Ajngemahtec performed beloved Croatian chansons such as “Samo jednom se ljubi” and “Potraži me u predgrađu.” The entire evening captured the essence of Zagreb — a city that seamlessly blends tradition and innovation, much like the philosophy of JRE-Croatia itself.
